Are these some of your concerns::
Water Fall
  • What happens if I fail?
  • How can I choose well?
  • What do you do when fear steps in?
  • How do I know this “fits” me?
  • Does what I tell others match what I really believe?

During the course of our lives there are many choices to be made which involve change of some sort. These are the questions that can feel overwhelming, and we may feel pressured in directions that we are not sure about, and fear making a wrong decision. Past experiences cause us to react and take a situation at face value. If we can develop the ability to see past experiences clearly for what they taught us, we can assess whether a particular action will produce a similar result. If, however, we see every similar situation as having the same result before we make a decision, we have already determined an undesirable result.

Concepts:
  • Negative Thinking
  • Avoiding Risk
  • React vs. Respond
  • Informed action
  • Consistent application
