Renee had an initial workshop for the girls in Cadet Girl Scout Troop 3329 to help them assess what career options might be of interest to them. She was able to get them to focus on what career they would enjoy doing as opposed to what career they should do because of the grades they get in school, what they have been told by others, etc. Renee was very flexible with the format of the workshops. She was able arrange the workshops to meet the girls’ needs and still have the girls enjoy it.
